CANCELLATION POLICY
- You are required to prepay your tan to guarantee your appointment. If you’re paying in cash the credit/debit card hold will be released after the tan is completed. You will be required to sign a credit card authorization form.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply do so within 6 hours of your scheduled time by managing your appointment online by clicking this link. Failure to do so will result in being charged in full for your appointment.
- Late Arrivals If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and lose your time reserved. Please remember your appointment is only 20-30 minutes long, so being significantly late takes away time to give you the best experience possible. Our time is money just like yours is. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time as well as reminders prior to your appointment.
- No call/No show appointments will result in a 100% service charge for the missed appointment. There is no understandable excuse for this. Rebooking an appointment online DOES NOT cancel your original appointment. You must contact Spray Tan Arizona directly to make any changes within 6 hours of your appointment time. If you must cancel within the 6-hour window, you will be charged 100% of the service fee, as we likely will not be able to fill your spot.
